Mission:
Lead the creative & design capabilities for VICE Media Groups private events space and fabrication shop, Villain.

Tactic:
Develop a brand identity and messaging that is as inclusive and diverse as the community it supports. Partner with sales and digital brand teams in pitching, designing, budgeting and executing scalable experiential product offerings geared towards 18 - 35 year youth demographic.

Results:
Established a trusted partnership with global brands such as Red Bull Music, Puma and Diageo Spirits. VICE Experiences brought the editorial voice of VICE to life through monthly event programming. An agile project workflow was implemented to help assure alignment across production teams. Requirement gathering, testing and post launch audits enabled us to make informed project decisions and mitigate future risk.
